THE
VENTURES

One page. Four business lanes. No scavenger hunt.

CDPCN

Founded in 1997, the Community Development Programs Center of Nevada has built affordable housing, supported entrepreneurs, reviewed business plans, packaged loans, and served families who usually get skipped by the shiny brochures.

CDPCN's mission is to expand access to housing, credit, education, and development opportunity in Nevada's low-to-moderate income communities. It is practical work, not performative charity.

GPMGLV

Global Property Management Group was formed to manage housing developments with local ownership, neighborhood knowledge, compliance discipline, and a direct link back to the broader community mission.

The focus is simple: protect the properties, keep programs compliant, train local people, and make sure affordable housing operations do not get treated like an afterthought.

NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION PROVIDERS

Founded by Luther Mack and Frank Hawkins in 2001, NCP built a reputation around multi-million dollar residential and commercial work, from affordable multifamily projects to restoration and general contracting.

Seasoned leadership, on-time delivery, budget discipline, and a steady pipeline of completed projects made NCP part of the engine behind a lot of visible work in Nevada.

Nevada Wellness Center is the first and only 100% Black-owned dispensary in Nevada, with a mission centered on quality products, patient service, community outreach, and making wellness feel human instead of clinical corporate wallpaper.

The broader operation grew into a vertically integrated cannabis business that includes retail, cultivation, and community-facing programs aimed at access, education, and service.
